1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Play Matrix facilities, services, website, or booking system, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, players, coaches, and anyone who accesses or uses Play Matrix facilities.

2. Facility Usage

2.1 Booking and Reservations

• All bookings must be made through our official booking system or authorized channels
• Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
• We reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings due to maintenance, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances
• Bookings are non-transferable without prior written consent

2.2 Time Slots

• Time slots must be strictly adhered to. Late arrivals will not result in extended play time
• Players must vacate the facility promptly at the end of their booked time slot
• Operating hours are 5:00 AM - 11:00 PM (Daily)

2.3 Facility Rules

• Players must follow all safety guidelines and facility rules
• Proper sports attire and footwear are mandatory
• No smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances are permitted on the premises
• Respect other players and maintain sportsmanship at all times
• Any damage to facilities or equipment must be reported immediately

3. Payments and Refunds

3.1 Payment Terms

• Payment must be made in advance or as per the booking confirmation
• We accept cash, digital payments, and other approved payment methods
• All prices are subject to change without prior notice
• Taxes and additional charges, if applicable, will be clearly communicated

3.2 Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the booked time: Full refund or rescheduling
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booked time: No refund, but rescheduling may be allowed subject to availability
• No-shows: No refund will be provided
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days
• In case of facility closure due to weather or maintenance, full refund or rescheduling will be offered

4. Coaching Programs

4.1 Registration

• Coaching program registration is subject to availability and age requirements
• Parents/guardians must provide accurate information and consent for minors
• Coaching fees are non-refundable except under exceptional circumstances

4.2 Attendance and Conduct

• Regular attendance is expected. Missed classes cannot be compensated unless due to facility closure
• Students must follow coach instructions and maintain discipline
• We reserve the right to remove any student who violates conduct rules

5. Safety and Liability

5.1 Assumption of Risk

By using Play Matrix facilities, you acknowledge that participation in sports activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, accidents, or property damage. You voluntarily assume all such risks.

5.2 Liability Limitation

• Play Matrix, its owners, employees, and coaches are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during facility usage
• Users are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their belongings
• We recommend that all participants have appropriate health insurance
• In case of medical emergencies, we will provide assistance, but medical costs are the responsibility of the participant

5.3 Health and Medical

• Participants must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears unfit to participate
• Participants should consult a physician before engaging in physical activities if they have health concerns

6. Equipment and Property

• Equipment provided by Play Matrix must be used responsibly and returned in good condition
• Any damage to equipment due to misuse will result in charges for repair or replacement
• Personal belongings are the responsibility of the owner. Play Matrix is not liable for lost or stolen items
• We reserve the right to inspect bags or belongings for security purposes

7. Code of Conduct

• All users must maintain respectful and sportsmanlike behavior
• Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated
• We reserve the right to remove any individual who violates the code of conduct without refund
• Photography and videography may be restricted in certain areas. Please respect privacy of others

8. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Play Matrix website, including logos, images, and text, is the property of Play Matrix
• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is prohibited
• Photographs or videos taken at our facility may be used by Play Matrix for promotional purposes unless you opt out

9. Privacy and Data

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may use your contact information to send you updates, promotional materials, or important notices. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time.

10. Modifications to Services

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time
• Facility maintenance may require temporary closure. We will provide advance notice when possible
• We are not liable for any inconvenience caused by service modifications

11. Force Majeure

Play Matrix shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or other force majeure events.

12. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will first be addressed through direct communication
• If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
• These terms are governed by the laws of India

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

We encourage you to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

14. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
